Manage agents in AiX from the Users area. An agent is a specific user who can log in to the admin area and reply to all conversations. There are two types of agents:

1. Admins:
   • Admins can create new agents.
   • They have access to the settings area.
   • They can manage users and conversations.
2. Agents:
   • Agents can manage users and conversations.
   • They do not have access to the settings area.
   • They cannot create new agents.

This structure ensures that only authorized personnel can make significant changes, while others focus on user and conversation management.
