• Sounds work only after the user or agent interact with the document (the user or agent clicked somewhere).
• If the sound settings are on All messages, a sound will play for each new message or conversation, but only when the admin area is closed or minimized. On the other hand, if the setting is set to Always All messages, a sound will play for every single message and conversation, even when the AiX is open.
